Hello,
I filed for ex-parte divorce and orders were pronounced on the last date.
As per court process, to get order certified copy from court, it takes atleast 15 days before we apply for ceritified copy of order.
Judge went on long medical leave few days after pronouncing the order in the court on last date.
How can we get certified copy of court order pronounced by the judge?
Since judge is on leave, who will sign the orders?

The judgment in the case is stated to be pronounced implies the case file has been directed to be consigned to record room, which do not require fresh signature for its certified copy.
Contact your lawyer to apply and obtain certified copy of the order.

Go and apply to grant certified Xerox order copy in concerned court office and pay prescribed fee .
