If i file complaint on dsp after a year will it be valid?

CI & DSP kept me in station for 3 days without taking me to court. On 3rd day they released me.

After that incident I came to USA and working here.

Now I am coming to India next month and planning to file a complaint in National Human Rights.

So if I file a complaint after a year will National Human Rights Commission consider my complaint or reject?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Vigilantibus non dormantibus jura subvenient  means  The law helps those who are vigilant and not those who sleep over their rights. Give complaint immediately through on and off line.  www.nhrc.nic.in

Thank you Ramachary Sir for the reply which you posted.

I tried so many times to file a complaint online through www.nhrc.nic.in

After entering all the details if I click on Submit then it is showing me "Error!!!!!" message.

Could you please suggest me how I can file the complaint? Currently I am working in USA and I will be coming to India after 4 months. But I want to file the compliant as soon as possible. So please suggest me other ways to file complaint with National Human Rights.

Thanks in advance Sir.
