Inconsistency in statement recorded in crpc 161

I registered  an FIR u/s 323,504,336  and the Police Officer recorded my statement under CrPC 161. I checked the statement and found  it consistent with what I said .  Meanwhile the SP recalled the file to his office and noted that the charges in FIR and my statement  corroborate each other and hence the crime under ipc 323,336,504 was proved .  When the file returned to the I/O he changed my statement to remove section 336 ipc  to make the offence non-cognizable and hence issued an FR . Can I book the Police officer separately  under any applicable Criminal Law viz. 420, 120(b) etc for having changed my statement on his own accord and framed a false statement to benefit the accused . The file is in court and the Judge has taken cognizance u/s 323,504, annulled the FR by Police   and the trial is in progress .
