We stay in upstair of MTNL Exchange in South delhi residential area. MTNL installed indl generator and 10nos Air condition machine runs without taking permission from upstairs people/us. Exchange runs non stop generator for operating exchange ( in Basement & Gr. Fl). They don't maintain /repair this 2 floor more than 18 years.
We don't feel secured to live upstair because of broken condition of Basement & Gr. Fl. Once AC caught fire. We face trouble due to RATs & Bed Bugs . In this stage we want to eradicate this exchange immediately, What is the procedures we should follow by Law . Pls help by suggesting us.
