I bought a flat on 06.10.2011 from Supertech Limiited, in a project of Greater Noida named CZAR. As per payment terms i made the initial payment & applied for loan.
Despite of applying almost all the banks, i came to know that looking at the project status, flat can be financed only after/by 31st January 2012. I communicated the same to Supertech on 19th December to ask them for waiver of late payment charges till 31.01.12 and regularly asked them for the list of banks from which project is approved.
Supertech neither replied any mail & repeatedly asked to visit their office for records verification. Through bank even i came to know that the building plan of this project is not approved by any bank as some NOC is still pending.
However, on 06.02.2012, i got the bank finance & paid the desired payment. Thereafter i came to know that they have levied Rs. 97000/- as interest charges towards the late payment.
Thereafter, i started following up with them & finally the builder stopped any communication.

Mail sent details is as under;
1. On 17.12.2011 to ask the banks name for home loan and to tell them the bank name i had applied but loan was not processed. No reply of that was received.
2. On 19.12.2011 to know about the agreement with any bank and told the authorities that as per banks the loan can be processed in last week of January 2012. No reply of that was received.
3. On 23.12.2011 to again ask the banks name for home loan and waiver of interest upto 31.01.12. No reply of that was received.
4. On 27.12.2011 to again ask the banks name for home loan and waiver of interest upto 31.01.12. No reply of that was received.
5. On 03.01.2012 to again ask the banks name for home loan and reply my mail. No reply of that was received.
6. On 04.01.2012 to again ask the banks name for home loan and reply my mail. No reply of that was received.

8. On 10.01.2012 sent a courier on the mentioned address but No reply of that was received.
9. On 20.01.2012 to reply my mail. No reply of that was received.
10. On 02.02.212 i got a call from Supertech that the interest waiver will be considered at the time of final payment only.
11. On 03.02.2012, i got the loan sanction and paid all the balance amount on 06.02.12.
12. Thereafter i sent mails for getting my interest waived off in writing and for getting the project approval details on February 15,16,17,19,20,21,22 (2), but no proper reply has been received. They are asking to be at office to delight me not for providing documents.
Till date i have not received any reply. Please advice.
