INVEST MENT IN REAL ESTATE BY FOREINER

DEAR ALL,

I NEED HELP ON BELOW QUESTION.

ONE OF THE DOCTOR FROM UK WANTD TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE IN INDIA. HE APPROACHED ME AND AFTER HE WENT THROUGH MY PROFILE AND WHERE I AM WORKING, HE GOT CONFIDENCE IN ME AND SAID HE WILL TRANSFER MONEY TO ME THEN I CAN INVEST. HE ALSO SAID HE WILL ASK HIS ATTORNY TO PREPARE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR GRANTING PRMISSION TO DO BUSINESS ON BEHALF OF HIM. HOWEVER HE IS DONT WANT TO ME TO DISCLOSE ANYTHING OF HIS NAME FOR THE SECURITY REASONS AS HE IS GOVT EMPLOYED DOCTOR.

HOW TO PROCEED IN THIS CASE.

PLEASE GUIDE ME.

These are fack persons ask your bank a/c no. ask deposit few buck to there a/c and disappear.

Dear Manjunath,

If he is stranger to you I would suggest not to indulge in all these kind of transaction. Since these FX trasactions are scanned through FEMA and RBI. if any illegal monye is tranferred to your accout then no one will be able to save you.
