Hello,
A criminal case was filed against my parents under Prevention of Atrocities Act. The case resulted in acquittal. The complainant and state then filed an appeal in the HC against the acquittal.
I wish to know, under these circumstances, whether High Court permission is required for issue of passport or they can get full validity passport on the basis of Trial Court's order.
