Is judiciary more reliable than legislature or executive?

Dear Friends,

For democracy, there are three pillars, (1) Parliament (2) Executive and (3) Judiciary. Out of three, in which pillar people still repose faith i.e. approach readily for redressal of their problems. This is especially in view of the present day scenario or allegations that judiciary is corrupt.

Thanks & Regards

Corruption (absence or presence) in judiciary has not affected people's faith in approaching courts for justice.

Functions of all the three pillars are different, so no question of faith, and it is unfortunate that legislative and executivces are deteriorating faster than jurdiciary.

Image of legislative and Executive has been deteriorated hopelessly, Judiciary is somewhat better in compare with them.

As far as corruption is concerned Executive is worse and their behavior and attitude is unpardonable because they are most educated persons with great job security and facility.

On the other hand Legislative people are less educated and they used to have some political compulsions(regarding vote banks etc/ winnability factor) also they used to have unsecure political career, so there sin is somewhat pardonable
