On befall of me my son going to give check every after 2-3 months and getting previous receipts this time he did not deposit check in bank giving different reasons
new rent act already passed and you have to pay according to market rate we staying there from 70 years 35 Rs till 2002 main truste died and his son take over trust 2003 to 2006 not collected rent of any one and than he increased rent I think 840Rs and that collected according the area so for that was good enough than after every year 10% every yet increased rent we pay now it reach 1840 Rs that was also paid till 2023 March
now real issue started want us to pay in cash according to sq feet's renovation and than his Mahada architect and contractor will do work not ready to get fund from Mahada for help we all spent lot of money from our pocket during this 70 yrs
Asking to collect 20 lakhs need to do plaster and on inner if any needed and he will pay to Architect and his workers,for his small building with 3 tanent so not taking rent
other reason why u not paid rent in 2 months so now panelty plus increase rent AS rental low is already passed,threat us to give us notice
treating all tenant individually one person good relations so paying at a time 6 months to gather other like us who are very soft don't have enough financially weak treating different way our building is at A category heritage area
