Hello All, I am a resident of Rohini, Delhi. We had the 3 floors in our building (now the top floor owner converted into 4 floors). We reside on the 1st Floor and my mother is owner. My building's top floor owner took a sign of my mother on NOC paper in the absence of ours, as she doesn't knew anything abt it. She signed it. Do there any way out filing anything against top floor owner ? Is this thing result in the low price of our floor ? Can I do anything ? What affect this will have on my property share ? Pls Help
