It return filing issues due to lack of form 16

Hello,

During February 2014, I changed my company. Till then my previous company had been deducting tax from my salary. Now, I have Form 16 from my new company (for March and above). However, my old company have not provided Form 16 from their part. I checked Form 26AS, but I can see any mount there being given to IT by the company. This means, the company was deducting tax but never paid it so its obvious they are not able to provide Form 16.

Now I am in a condition that I can not file IT return, is there any work around? Or id there a way to catch hold of previous company?
