Hi all,
I'm right now going through a hit and run case, with ipc 338 and 279. (nobody died, but couple of ladies were injured). It seems like the case is not really going very well for me. couple of ladies have testified against me already and next thing is that we're waiting for the police offer to come as a witness. after that there will be judgement which may go against me. So my main worry is will I be able to get jobs outside India with conviction on my head, I'm thinking about countries like USA, Canada. What should I do make this better? whould I appeal against conviction in higher court?
