I require a suitable draft of a JDA that needs to be entered into between a builder and a land owner preferably in the state of Karnataka. There would be a third party, the marketing Company, which shall have the exclusive right to sell/ lease the project. The second relationship is to be contained in an MOU.
Alternately, is a tripartite agreement between the three a better option listing out the respective roles, duties, rights & liabilities of each?
