sir/madam,
My grandfather land property is in dispute and we have approached the court, when the case was in court opposite party approached tahsildar and got the patta in their name. we approached the tahsildar but he is not cancelling the patta given to them.
1. What is the procedure to cancel the land patta given to them
2. under what section the land patta can be cancelled as the case is in court

First of all let me know for how many years he gave patta to them? It seems that the said land/property belongs to a Dera/Mandir or any other likethis institution, if yes than we can do everything. so please let me know the above information.... thanx
