LAW CLOSES ON RATHORE

It gives confidence in the people about law. I t sends the message that those who struggle and fight with determination could succeed in getting the highest & strongest level of people could be booked,for the offence committed by them.  

 What gives confidence? The lady Aradhana is settled in Australia and has been fighting Ruchika's case all alone for the last 19 years. She has been meticulously coming to India to attend the courts on the dates fixed for hearing. Can you and I do it? And what is the result? Pittance?

For the last 3 weeks the molester has been smiling and walking free. Would it happen to a common man? The moment an FIR is lodged against Aam Admi, the first thing the police does is to shove him into the lock up. But Rathore is allowed freedom to move the court and obtain anticipatory bail. And the Judge talks of prima facie grounds.

It does not appoint a SIT to probe the FIR. It is a shameless act on the part of politicians. The long line of Chief Ministers (Om Prakash Chautala, Bhajan Lal, Bansi Lal and no Hooda) have been trying to shield Rathore and his cronies. At every point justice has been compromised in this case. The nexus of criminals, bureaucrats, politicians and police continues unabated and will continue so because it serves the purpose of looting he country.

Unless forced, no body like to go to the Courts. Forget about confidence. Even CJI has started talking openly about corruption in judiciary and Law Minister laments it day in and day out. But they themselves are helpless tools in the system.
