This is pertaining to the disputes between land that was illegally transferred by making fraud bedav patra (fraud signatures of old grandmother aged 82 years) in 1995 but was known only to her in 2014 and immediately she filed a suit in the trial court. Now the matter is in nascent stage and then the grandmother now has got Lis Pendency registered with registrar office in December 2015. She has submitted the document to all registrar office and then to Thesildar office for giving effect to the saat bara (7/12 ) extract. There is no status quo as the names form the 7/12 extract has been removed and the lawyer says that Status quo will be dismissed. Hence my question is the matter is with civil court, so do she need the status quo to get the effect on 7/12 extract. Is it sufficient that the documents are submitted to the registrar office is as good as getting the effect on 7/12 ? the Thesildar has put hold on the Lis pendence submitted at the thesildar office.
