Abhinav Kumar is the right name even the mistake has been done by me while creating an account in lawyersclubindia. Today I noticed this mistake when you asked me the correct name. Thanks for letting me know.

There is no other option because in my mother passport, aadhar and educational certificate her name is NITA KUMARI but while filling the form of my 10th clerk has done a mistake and wrote NEETA KUMARI. 

Such minor discrepencies are of no cansequence. 

If you are worried about this spelling mistake in your mother's name in various documents, you can get an affidavit stating that she is known by both the names with different spellings and it denotes her only, the notarised affidavit will be sufficient to prove her claim.
