Need help in making agreement

Dear Friend,

I hv to make agreement its synopsis is ;

agreement between two party second party will bring cliant ( Patient ) from all our the world and in that case first party pay the fees to other party.

so in that case which type of agreement shold be make like . . Principal or agent , Management consultancy or, Memorandum of Understanding.

and which relation will be make between two party.

It shall be better to execute a Momorendum of Undertaking between the two parties and it is not better to say payment of fee by first party to second party on his bringing the customers/patients. It shall be better if you use commission to this paymenet.

I also agree with Makkar Sir !!

But one most important thing I want to add on the above lines !!

Please check CODE OF ETHICS before entering into any agreement !!

e.g. A Chartered Accountant in practice will be guilty of professional misconduct if he accepts or pays any part of the fee/remuneration of his professional service from/to the non-members !!

So, be careful whenever you are going to draft any agreement for professionals of any sector !!
