Need some help on a case.

Hi... I need some help. My uncle's son got selected in UP police but his neigbour querell with his famlily. He was present at home but so neighbour raise the FIR having his and his family name in it. He was not present in this querell. Now policemen are saying to provide bribe and they will cut out the name of him from FIR. So how many IPC can be charge on him.. Or can he loose his joining in UP police? pls provide the valuable solution. so that I can tell him..

stating the facts make a complaint to the sp that your uncles son has been falsely implicated in the case and the police are asking bribe to remove his name from the fir.
