I have purchased a land in Karnataka in the year 1984. All the records were clear and the payment was made through Bank Loan. Later, a Bank organization claimed that the land being theirs and dispute is still going on for the last 20 years. Currently the case is disposed and now, the opposite lawyer is claiming that I have forged the Sale Deed and acquired his land and complaining to Revenue Dept and Village Accountant. I have submitted the supporting documents to VA. Is there any way to stop this harassement I being a senior citizen do I have any consideration?
