Non compoundable cases-compromises

Are compromises allowed in non compoundable cases. This is a forgery case when someone forged our land documents and sold  our property. He has been arrested under 420,465,468 and 471. The Police will be filing a chargesheet shortly.  I believe that there is a supreme court judgement in 2012 which rules out compromises in non compoundable case (forgery, rape, murder) etc and the court has to prosecute assuming enough evidence is present. Can anyone elaborate on this. Thanks,

Supreme Court has given guidelines to consider non- compoundable cases particularly for under trial prisoners who are in jail
