my car met with an accident on 29/08/2015 and FIR was filed against lorry driver U/S 337.
After approximately 30days lorry owner asked me money for his lorry damage, through police several times, where FIR was filed and i refused it.
police warned me for giving him money other wise i will be accused.
later on 14/11/2015 a notice(CrPC 41 A) was served at my home by Constable saying that i am accused in that case U/S 337,297 and i have to attend that PS every sunday till charge sheet was filed.
my car has comrehensive insurence
and i lost my car on Net Off salvege and my wife injured on her forehead and incurred around 30K
i am Central PSU Employee from KARIMNAGAR dist.
