We have an NRI Car loan defaulter who has his own company(with 49% stake) at Dubai and generates lakhs of rupees as monthly income. He is a wilful defaulter and is not repaying the loan. We have filed suit against him. Apart from that I want to know whether anything can be done through the Indian embassy or international/migration rules so that he will be forced to repay the loan at the earliest? His abroad address and Passport number are available with us.
