Original sale deed lost by register office

I had my house registration last month and register office had lost the original sale deed.  What should I do? If I get a certified copy, it is of no use as I cannot sell my house in future.  Is there any way to get new registration done? Can I get another copy e-stamp paper for registration?

With certified copy you can sale the property.another identical sale deed is not legal one,as the contract of sale is completed and purchaser got the title. The same seller can not sign the same sale deed.

These days banks dont give loan on certified copy papers.  So a person who can buy the house without getting a loan can only buy it.  They will also pay low cost for the house considering this problem.  What compensation can register office give us for this loss as this is not a matter of a small amount.
