Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased a site and constructed house in Doddaballapura bangalore rural this is DC Conversion land converted in year 1990 and Layout is Approved by Panchayath. this is layout is around 15 Acre Land, more than 150 families residing in the layout all the facilities like water, road, drainage, street light, park well built layout.
but our problem is we are not getting any facilities from government like water, street light, road repair, drainage cleaning etc., water is provided by builder and he will collect the water charges apart from there is one unregistered association was formed by 4 people and they collect money from all the residents to pay street light and security name if any body is not paying they say we will disconnect the drainage system & water to your house. approximately they collect Rs.60000/- but spending only Rs.10000/- to 15000/- Per Month
They are not giving any accounts, financials and they wont respond when the residents face problems what ever they said everybody should follow. they behave like local gundas, Kindly help me how to get out of this unregistered association or group of people. Please guide me how to take all the facilities from the government or panchayath
