Dear Sir/madam,
My grandfather has 2 sons and 2 daughters. 1st son i.e my father has expired 6 years ago. Grandfather expired 1 year ago. We have property of Grandfather which is yielding rents and a borewell which is yielding good revenue. My uncle i.e 2nd son is taking all the money of borewell income. The rent part we were sharing among us. But now he is threatening our tenants to give all the rent to him, We have not made any partition till now. Kindly advice me how can I take share from both borewell and rents.
