Dear experts,
My ex wife (divorced under cruelty by even High Court) still residing in my house has been filing false FIRs against my sister ( 3 times in 2 months) in the local Police Station.Police inspite of kwowing my case that my ex wife is atrocious has been registering the FIRs under IPC 107. Now my sister is getting the summons to appear in the office of Asst Commissioner of Police and show cause.This is nothing but harrassment. Kindly advise as to how to stop this false FIRs.Can we file any counter to stop this.
