Police not filing a case

Sir,

I have given a complaint to the police against the persons who attacked me in regard to a civil suit.But the police did not file any case against them.I took a interim injunction order for an agricultural land which is in my possession and enjoyment from the civil court.But the defendants are not allowing me to grow the crops in the land because they are stronger in having more men and in money.Now what shall i do?Kindly advice me.
