Policy regarding onsite

HI Experts,

I went to abroad on bussiness visa for two weeks and after a month i got an opportunity in another company therfore i severed my resignation in my current company, But my company came up with an policy that a resource cannot leave the organization before 6 months. But I  have not signed any bond with me, so i am wondering what alternative i have in such case, Please advice

Do you have copies of job advertisement,job application,interview call letter, selection letter, .................

and offer letter, appointment letter and all rules and policies mentioned in these....................

and all communications exchanged before,during,after signing the VISA?

 

If yes, go thru these carefully and minutely and come back.

Your own counsel specializing in Labor/service matters, that has examined all dcos and inputs can opine the best.
