Power of attorney on land

Dear Sirs,

A land which was purchased by a person, got only power of attorney, but the seller died after some time. the buyer didn't transferred to his name? it's around 20years before. is the buyer can sell the property now? what are the rules & regulations for that?

Greetings,

The moment a person who gave a POA dies, the POA automatically stands revoked.

And the POA holder cannot tranfer the land to himself by sale.

dear expert please can you advise what are the rules for getting gift deeds done under muslim law. can  father will gift deed his property to his daughter and then can daughter can make gift deed to her son. it is something like piece of land belonging to the grand father indirectly coming to the grand son throgh the gift deeds from the mother. is it permitted.

please advise me its urgent
