Power of attorney Registration in Haryana

Please inform :

1. Is power of attorney (for sale of immovable property) can be registered in faridabad (haryana)?

2. Is it possible to register a power of attorney (for immovable property) in other state than Haryana when both seller and buyer party and the property is of Haryana?

3. Is it necessary to be present physically at the time of registration of power of attorney ?

1. Is power of attorney (for sale of immovable property) can be registered in faridabad (haryana)? yes at registrar office or through notary public

 

2. Is it possible to register a power of attorney (for immovable property) in other state than Haryana when both seller and buyer party and the property is of Haryana? doubtful.{as why you want to register in other state when you are present in the same state} well if both the parties have current residence of other state then yes

 

3. Is it necessary to be present physically at the time of registration of power of attorney ? yes

Please guide,

I am from chennai and buying house in chennai.  At present working in Oman and I took power of attorney in my father in law's name who resides at bangalore.  The POA was attsted by indian embassy, furthe POA to be registered at Bangalore Reg offce.   Please let me know this POA is Valid for Regsitering the newly purchase house at Tamil Nadu Registar office.  Thanks  BALA.

Dear Sir,

My father bought one industrial plot (15 years back) in Bahadurgarh,Haryana from alotee and due to some reason power of autorny done on the name of my father's close relative but not get registered. This time my father is hospitalized and his condition is very serious. Now the person who is having non registered power of autorny he said this plot is mine and i will not do registry on yours name at any cost. All the papers which belongs to the said plot are with us and sale deed is on my father's name. So, please suggest some way out for this Can we cancel this power of autorny on behalf of sale deed? As the first alotee can not cancel power of autorny as this clause already mentioned in the power of autorny that he can not cancel or revoke this in any kind of circumstances. Kindly suggest something.
