My adhoc aided school chairman is asking in a letter to produce my original documents for verification when I approach them they are asking to submit it for 2 week. I didn't do so. Now they are going to terminate me. Help me

When the employer issues a notice for producing original documents, you are bound to provide it or convince them of a delay in submission. their termination is justified if they have given time and opportunity. They may even file criminal case if they suspect that employment was secured on fake qualification certificates as the matter is concerned with a school faculty.
If you have such original documents, explain the reasons for the delay and convince them for not terminating (in those cases where institutions might have not returned originals illegally, when the student abandons the course in the middle and discontinues the course and fail to pay prescribed fees).
