Property dispute

Hello Everybody,

We had purchased a house long ago in Mumbai in the year 1991 in the name of our grandmother. However one of my uncle without her information took her thumb impression and transferred the property in his name. Now my uncle and my grandmother both are no more and that property has a high market value. What I want is that instead of only one person benefitting from the property all the brothers should have equal share on that property and whenevr it is sold all get an equal share. Also my uncle's son is very well to do.

Can now after so many years  I can put a file a suit against him and take him to the court and if yes what would be the procedure to do so.

The property is based in Mumbai. It was a chawl earlier but now it has been developed in a building. Also the property was transferred to my uncle's name before the chawl went for reconstruction.

Kindly advise & help.
