My father and elder brother has been expired . my mother and i alive.
Before expired my brother got 2 married .
1st wife not divoers and no child and alive, but not stay with us since last 15 years.
2nd wife has one son.and not want to stay with us and expecting big amount for settlement.
my father self earned house property and passed away without will.
How i can moved with 2nd wife and if give any amount what is the ratio.
can i will used govt rate of land or market price.
which to be illegal for final settlement.
