Property patta transfer

i have some doubt in patta transfer , please clarify Person X (1st sole owner) of the property -at present patta in his name (Survey no : 29/10(0.3 cent)) Person Y (2nd owner) of the property Person Z (3rd owner) of the property - at he bought that property (plot no : 299(1200sqft) ) is it possible , patta can be change from Person X to Person Z directly ? kindly replay .

Every immovable property must be registered insub registrar office.after that the parts is changed

patta not parts. if X consents to change patta to z name he may literally consent must be given.

'X' consent is not needed for transfer of patta from 'X' to 'Z', provided the document is in 'Z' name and 'Z' is in absolute possession of the said property. E.C must be clear.
