1. Is Leave and License Agreement acceptable in Tamil Nadu?
2. Is rental Act applicable on commercial permises with more than 5 years? if so what kind of agreement is required to be entered into Lease of Leave and License?
3. Is Registration of Leave and License mandatory in Tamil Nadu?
4. Is non registration of Leave and Licence done on Rs. 100/- (TN Stamp duty) is acceptable in the TN court as evidence?
5. What is the stamp duty for Leave and License Agreement and Lease Deed?
