My Question is:
We bought agriculture PATTA land 23 years back from some one:X i.e 1993.
But we have done at that time only an agreement on 20 rupees stamp parers with Father and his son signs. We havent registered in rigister office.
But we took agriculture loans on this since 20 years.And we are doing all agriculture activities in the same land, And also all names in government list is mine only.i.e 1B and Online and Adangal.And also we paid goverment tax for this land last year.
Now,They came up and they behave roudy and they are saying that "They will go to court and file case for this land". Reason is land rate was increased.
Is it valueble case and how Court will take this. Please suggest what I need to do next.
