I am a builder from Bangalore. I have a strange problem which I am unable to resolve, and seeking your good hearted professionals to guide me
I developed a residential apartment building in a prime area under a Joint development agreement with and owner. As per the Jv, I was entitled to a flat of about 2100 sft built up area, along with 1000 sft of undivided share of land. I was also entitled to devleop the terrace with terrace right of about 1500 sft. this happened about 8 years ago.
Now, I want to construct a flat on the terrace and sell the same. Now my question is:
can I sell the terrace flat, with 1500 sft built uparea, and about 400 sft of undivided share of land (out of 1000sft conveyed to me earlier).
can some one help me please.
