This is in continuation of my previous topic. I do not know how to amend the topic, and hence writing again.
I have retained a flat with the following data
built up area 2100 sqft, undivided share of land 1000 sft. (the flat is registered on my name, and I am in possession of the same).
this I got when I developed a property on the basis of joint venture with a land owner. 8 years ago.
Also,I had the right to construct a flat on the terrace.
Now, If I construct a flat on the terrace, how do I sell it to a prospective buyer. can I sell of some of my undivided share of land (which is conveyed to me earlier).
