I booked an apartment with a Builder in Mumbai BKC in July, 2010.
The deal was thru' one of the international real estate consultants.
I paid 10 % of the cost amount thru' Account payee cheque and obtained the receipt and a letter from the Builder also.
At that time I was promised that the agreement will be executed by the builder by October, 2010.
But even till date i.e Sep, 2011 the builder is not ready to execute the agreement.
Due to a change in my circumstances, as I am getting posted out of Mumbai I asked for a refund from the builder and he says that when a new customer comes I will see.
Please guide me dear friends what are the legal and other coervice technique thru which I can get my hard earned money back from the builder, since amount is above 25 Lacs.
