2.       I have sent this application to following offices of uttar Pradesh by e- mail.

(c)    MD, Purvanchal vidyut vitaran nigam limited

(d)   Board of revenue Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

(e)   Vigilance Estabishment of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow

(f)     IG RANGE, AGRA

(g)    DIG RANGE, AZAMGARH

(h)   DM , Balllia

(i)      SP Ballia

3.       No action is taken against the individual involved in this case.

4.       Police came to my home and told me that this matter belong to revenue department  we cannot do anything in this case.

5.       Lekhapal from revenue department came to my home and told me that this matter is of police , report to police . police will take action.

6.       JE from department of electricity came to my home and told me that we will not issue cheque in future but we cannot take any action against the individual.

7.       Please suggest me where to move this application or which department of Uttar Pradesh or India will take action against the individual.
