Dear All,
A matter for Creditors' Winding Up is pending before High Court against Company 'A'.
Whether the same creditor can file a separate Police Complaint against the same Company on the same subject matter for the refund of his amount
or
the matter would be res sub-judice and the complaint would not be maintainable.
Kindly clarify.
