I am buying a Builder flat in Ghaziabad which is on 2nd floor with roof rights. Builder is willing to give a agreement to sell the roof rights for Rs 1 Lacs on stamp paper instead of the registry done for roof rights. The registry of the flat along with roof rights would cost me almost double.
Please advise me, is it safe to just enter into a POA with the Builder or any terms that can be written or added in the POA agreement.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
