sir, a case has been filed with a police station in chennai in regards to a gold theft case 3 months back.. not satisfied with the enquiry done at the local station..only CSR is provided..and the online case status says it has already been closed. no FIR registerd..before moving this to the magistrate court for 154 cpcrc to get a FIR filed, I had filed a RTI wtih the Deputy commission of chennai.. will this make the enquiry any serious? am not in the country at present to move this through a magistrate court for getting FIR filed, so took the RTI route..please advise.
