Sale of asset not with bank.

Dear experts,
 
  I had bought a property under Sarfaesi act,2002 in Dec 2013.Even the bank santioned loan on the above property for X/2 amount & a loan was santioned ,sale certificate was issued..
After 10-15 days i came to know that the same property was already auctioned 6 months back under the orders from DRT in which 5 other banks were party &  sale certificate was issued  to highest bidder &  buyer  under DRT orders.
 
After intimating Bank about the earlier sale,i moved application against the cancellation of sale, plus refund of all my submitted amount & also the foreclosure of the loan.After 4 months in april i was informed about the sale Bank's has moved an appeal in DRT & hearing came up in July for which Bank's lawyer didn't turned up & after my protest with Bank,i was informed about a further hearing in Nov. Now all this while Bank is lingering on this issue and not refunding my amount.What should i do now? No procession? No sight of refund?

You are entitled for all your money paid to acquire that property.Implead the concerned Bank manager,ie Authorised officer in his personal capacity in the case filed before DRT.further you can file Civil suit in the local court against bank, Manager and subsequent purchaser if any for demages.
