My friend arrested and bailed under section 185 of MVA. Before bail he was examined by Govt. Medical Practioner and submited his observation only since he was not taken any blood test or Urnine test.
Now please let me know since u/s 185 of MVA celarly metion that the alchol conetent should be 30mg per 100ml blood in test then the accused will be treated he is under influance of alchol . Here in my friend case there was no such test blood test conducted hence court will relive him from charge u/s. 185 of MVA.
