HI Experts,
I need your precious advice on the RTI to be fiiled police investigation. My friend has raised a complaint against builder in local police station and several complaints are also logged by other innocent people. too. I have been visting police station from last 2 months for justice but still no action has been taken by police. There are working more as broker and settling the amount rather than keeping such culpurait behind the bars and once i forced them they told me it is civil matter and i have given them enough evidence which clearly indicates cheating and dishonesty but no justice.
I am looking forward comments what i should write in rti.
I asked about my status of my compaint and no of compaints againt such builder
What is dishonesty and section 420 taught to Punjab Police
what efforts has been made by police to arrest or investigate the matter.
Please advice me the correct way of doing it . and what should i do next
