Hi Sirs,
Me & my parents got 498a convicted of INR 20K fine each & sit in court till court day ends on asumption of 498a evidences.
before this judgement passed, my wife have done settlement in family court with handsome amount of money from me & redines withdraw all cases against me.
I am about to file appeal in thane session court as this IPC judgement will be ruin my career & self respect of my family in society.
Does session court have power to clean 498a conviction? can trial court conviction may get increased? can my session court appeal lawyer filled evidenxes/documents which was not highllighted by trial court lawyer?
