Raju's wife can file a petition for annulment of marraige against raju.  As the marraige between siblings is void marraige, she will get the divorce easily.

She too didn't get a penny from Raju n even second wife is fighting in the court. Raju n his sister are educated n cheat girls in a proper preplanned way.
