Status quo order

DEAR,

I HAVE A PROPERTY IN WHICH 4 PARTIES(A,B,C,D) ARE  INVOLVED.

PROPERTY IS SITUTATED IN A's BUILDING PREMISES

TWO SUITS ARE FILED IN CIVIL COURT

1) A Vs B

2) C Vs B

X) RESTORATION  CASE D Vs C ( HEARING IS ON .CASE IS NOT ENTERTAIN)

NOW  IN ALL 2 CASES STATUS QUO IS MAINTAINED AS PER COURT

NOW DUE TO RAIN BOUNDARY WALL WITH TEEN SHED IS COLLAPSED AND WHEN 'A' TRIES TO ERECT IT AGAIN 'C' PRESENTED ITS STAY ORDER  IN KOTWALI AND WORK IS STOPPED BY POLICE FOR MAINTAINING ORDER

MY QUESTION IS

'A' IS NOT A PARTY IN *(C Vs B) CASE..SO CAN THIS DECISION APPLIES TO 'A' OR NOT?

WHAT CAN POLICE DO IF PARTY ERECT HIS WALL ..WHAT TYPE OF CASE?

CONTEMPT OF COURT IS APPLICABLE WHEN 'A' IS NOT A PARTY IN THAT CASE?

A can canstruct the wall if he is not a party. The Police has no role or jurisdiction in a civil dispute.
